1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to our Bear Archery Pro Shop. By accessing our website and purchasing our products—including Bear Archery compound bows, traditional recurves, and accessories—you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing for Bear Archery bows are error-free.

Pricing: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a product (such as a Bear Archery Cruzer G2) is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed.
Modifications: Prices and products are subject to change without notice.

3. Safety Warning and Liability Release

Archery equipment is inherently dangerous. By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Professional Setup: We strongly recommend that all bows (especially compound bows) be inspected and tuned by a professional bow technician before use.
Assumption of Risk: The buyer assumes all risk and liability for the use of equipment purchased from us. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or misuse of Bear Archery products.
Dry-Firing: Damage caused by dry-firing (releasing the string without an arrow) is the result of user error and is not covered under our liability or standard return policies.

4. Orders and Payment

Billing: You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Refusal of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This may include orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior authorization.
Sales Tax: Orders shipped within Indiana will be subject to state sales tax as required by law.

5. Shipping and Handling

Title of Goods: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Delivery Dates: Shipping speeds are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect address entry.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and images related to Bear Archery—is the property of the store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Use of the Fred Bear name or Bear Archery trademarks is done so under our status as an authorized retailer.
